By booking an appointment, attending a session, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Services & Scope of Practice
Neural Pathways provides kinesiology, remedial massage, and mobility training services for health, recovery, and performance purposes. Our services are intended for structural support and functional well-being; they are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency care, or treatment by a primary healthcare physician. Always consult a qualified medical professional for underlying health conditions.
Physical Touch & Informed Consent
By lying on the treatment table, you consent to receiving therapeutic touch. Verbal consent will be requested prior to working on specific areas of the body. You retain the right to modify or withdraw your consent at any point during the session. If consent is withdrawn, treatment will stop immediately to discuss how you wish to proceed or whether to conclude the session.
Sensitive Areas & Professional Boundaries
Clinical treatment may involve manual therapy to sensitive areas—such as the chest/breast region or the inner thigh/groin region—to address specific musculoskeletal, lymphatic, or functional goals. Direct work on the genitalia is strictly excluded from all treatments. All services are strictly non-sexual and centered entirely around health and clinical outcomes. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will remain due.
Client Responsibilities & Communication
You must provide accurate health information prior to treatment and inform your practitioner of any injuries, medical conditions, or health changes. Open communication is essential: please voice any discomfort, pain, or concerns regarding techniques or draping immediately during your session so adjustments can be made promptly. You are responsible for following aftercare or exercise recommendations provided.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your personal data, health details, treatment records, and consent history are kept strictly confidential. The minutes of your treatment and personal details will never be shared with any third party without your explicit consent, unless required by legal or regulatory obligations.
Liability
While all reasonable care is taken, Neural Pathways is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from services, except as required by law. Results vary based on individual circumstances, and specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
