At Neural Pathways, all payments are made in-store at the time of your appointment. Since no advance or online payments are taken, refunds generally do not apply.

1. Cancellations & No-Shows

24 hours’ notice required: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows: May result in being charged the full session fee at your next booking.

2. Services Rendered

Payments are for the practitioner’s time and expertise; therefore, refunds cannot be issued once a service has been provided.

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please raise it with us on the day so we can address it immediately.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases (e.g., practitioner cancellation or medical emergencies), management may use discretion to adjust or waive fees.
